These Terms of Service govern your use of CarDealerSearch.com and any Google Vehicle Ads packages purchased through this site. By using this site or purchasing a package, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide Google Analytics 4 setup, Google Merchant Center setup, vehicle inventory feed configuration, Google Vehicle Ads campaign setup, and ongoing management, as described on our pricing page.

Billing

Packages are billed monthly through Stripe. Included ad spend is billed and managed within your own Google Ads account. Prices are subject to change with notice before your next billing cycle.

Cancellation

There is no long-term contract. You may cancel your monthly package at any time by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Account Ownership

All Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Merchant Center accounts created on your behalf remain your property. Access is granted to CarDealerSearch.com solely for the purpose of setup and management.

Performance Disclaimer

While we follow Google's recommended best practices, we cannot guarantee specific advertising results, as performance depends on factors including inventory, market conditions, and budget.

Limitation of Liability

CarDealerSearch.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
